You can ask presenters to review their workshop information and confirm the information before you go live. You can either allow presenters to make their own changes or you can have them submit a request to make changes. The request will be emailed to the email address you specify.
To setup the review process to your requirements:
Click on Program >> Workshops in the menu on the left. Click the Setup Workshop Proposals button on the top.
Click on the Virtual Presenter Website tab on the bottom
Select Yes to turn on the Review process.
The presenter can either make the changes themselves or they can send you a change request if you don’t want them to edit the information without your review.
If you select Yes then the presenter can enter the information about their co-hosts / moderators.
