Attendee Directory

easyREG offers an online directory that shows a list of all the attendees either in a table format or on Google map.

By default the first and last name are displayed but the event organizer can choose to include other information such as the name of the employer, the city, province and country. The attendees can also upload an optional photo.

The attendees can opt out of the directory in two different ways:

  1. A question can be included on the registration form.
  2. The setting can be changed in the profile of the online conference environment at any time.
