Methods for sharing the agenda and other documents

You have some options for how to share the agenda for the AGM with attendees. In a meeting or a webinar you can share your entire desktop, part of your screen, or a specific application window like PowerPoint.

If you are using a Zoom Meeting room you have another option. You can share the agenda file with attendees via the chat. At this time file sharing of the actual document is not a feature in webinars but if your file is a public link like a Google or Microsoft 365 document you can share the link in the chat.
